BG7 Commercial Box Gutter Machine

The latest and greatest machine from New Tech Machinery is their brand new 7” Commercial Box Gutter Machine. This unit comes loaded with standard features and options that can be custom fit to your needs.

This unit comes standard with the 7” box style straight back gutter machine, it also has the hydraulic drive and shear, the computer batch and length control and a choice of gas or electric powered Quick Change Power Pac, a dual overhead decoiler rack along with (1) expandable 16” to 20” arbor and a length control limit switch.

What makes this machine great is the 3 additional factory installed profiles that can fit this machine. The unit can have a 4” back flange, a 1” inside flange and a Alcoa hook assembly, all on the same machine. Please note that when ordering the machine any or all additional profiles must be installed at the factory. Any profiles that you would want to add on later would result in having the machine returned to the factory for installation.

This machine can handle steel from 26 gauge to 22 gauge (painted, galvanized, or aluminized), it can handle .032 to .050 aluminum, and 20 oz to 24 oz 3/4 hard copper. It can handle coil widths of 20” for doing the straight back, alcoa hook and 1” inside flange profile, and 24” for the 4” back flange profile.
