This machine can be fitted to do the following, it can run 1/2” to 2” high T-panels, 1” high x 1/2” wide mechanically seamed panel (includes a hand seamer), a 1-1/2” high x 1/2” wide mechanically seamed panel (includes a hand seamer), 2” high x 13/16” wide mechanically seamed and ARMCO panel (includes clip relief rollers and hand seamer), 1-1/2” high x 1/4” wide snap clip panel, 1-1/2” high x 7/16” wide snap lock panel (the most positive snap engagement available), 1-3/4” high x 7/16” wide snap lock panel, 1” snap seam with slotted fastener flange for clipless installation ( includes clip relief rollers and automatic “no chip” rotary slotter), 1” or 1-1/2” Bermuda panel with minimum 11-1/4” exposure.

The unit comes standard with the new and improved polyurethane drive rollers, the hardened stainless steel forming roller system with shear dies, a hydraulic drive and shear, push button RUN/JOG controls at both the entry and exit points, two sets of bead, pencil or V rib rollers, gas or electric engine, length control limit switch and is pre-wired for a computer length and batch controller ( optional feature), and will come already pre-installed with your choice of forming rolls.
